           I started Scottie Dog Property Group in 2023 at age 30, after asking myself: “What do I need to do now so that I’m set for the next 30 years?” Property had always been a side passion, but it clicked - it could be the foundation of a long-term, self-directed plan. That moment gave me purpose and a goal I could fully own.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           My connection to property spans two worlds. I was born in West Yorkshire, with family roots around Leeds, and spent most of my childhood and early adulthood in South Africa, where I purchased my first property. These experiences shaped my understanding of property not just as an asset, but as a lived, operational reality - something that requires careful attention, planning, and hands-on insight.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           At SDPG, our approach is grounded in portfolio insight, strategic thinking, and operational understanding. We engage with properties directly, studying how assets behave, how income flows, and how day-to-day management affects long-term value. Everything we do is driven by curiosity, discipline, and genuine passion - humble competence at work.

This includes honing financial literacy, and laying the groundwork for our first UK acquisitions in 2027. These preparations will shape a portfolio that is thoughtful, hands-on, and positioned for long-term growth.
